At an award ceremony held in New Delhi on December 6, 2012, Mr. Prakash Bajpai, CEO and MD of Tikona Digital Network, received "Emerging Company of the Year, 2012" award from Dr Farooq Abdullah. Tikona received the award for its significant and growing impact in the Indian Broadband space in the last three years. The award recognized TDN's vision, achievement and growth in terms of market reach, customer base, revenue and low cost infrastructure. The innovation and demonstrated resilience by Tikona had made it the best contender for the award.
