The Customers shall strictly comply with the above and the persons involved are liable to be proceeded with and punished.
4. It is illegal to terminate Internet Telephony calls to any public telephone number (PSTN, ISDN, PLMN, etc.) in India irrespective of whether the same originates in India or abroad.
5. TDN may at any time revise the Terms by updating the then-current version thereof posted on this web site. By using this web site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page of this web site to determine the most current version of the Terms to which you are bound. Certain provisions of the Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages at this web site.

These terms and conditions are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with laws of India, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction. You agree, in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions or any dispute arising in relation to the web site whether in contract or tort or otherwise, to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located at Mumbai, India for the resolution of all such disputes.

Tikona WI-BRO

General Instruction

1. Please use printed Subscriber Registration Form (SRF) only. DO NOT USE PHOTOCOPY
2. SRF should be filled up in consultation with authorized sales representative of Tikona Digital Networks (TDN)
3. In case of subscribers other than Indian national; two local references are required
4. The SRF shall take effect after due verification of details provided in SRF by the company
5. The SRF shall remain in force until expiry or termination in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, provided that the Subscriber shall continue to remain liable for Charges, if any, payable to the Company for the Services
6. The first bill will be sent to the installation address as given in the SRF. The subscriber can subsequently request for a change in the billing address, if needed
7. Please attach self attested photocopies of supporting documents along with SRF

Terms & Conditionss (T&C)

• Provision of Service shall include:
  1. Delivery of the subscriber service within the stipulated duration
  2. Assignment of Internet Protocol (IP) address for accessing the internet (The IP address provided by the company shall only be used for the purpose it has been provisioned)
• Use of Service: The Subscriber shall use the Service in accordance with the Company’s Internet Acceptable Use Policy (“Acceptable Use Policy”). The Acceptable Use Policy shall mean the current version of the Company’s Acceptable Use Policy provided on its website (as may be changed by the Company from time to time)
• Subscriber / Customer Premise Service Equipment (‘CPE’):
  • Subscribers may use their own CPE. However, such CPE’s need to be approved by the company. Incase, of such CPE’s:
    1. No rental or security deposit will applicable
    2. The company would not be responsible for maintenance of such CPE’s
  • When CPE provided by Company
    1. Rentals/security deposit/charges as defined in the rate plan shall be applicable
    2. Manufacturing defects – No charges to the Subscriber
    3. Repairs due to damage attributable to Subscriber – The Charges shall be assessed by Company and invoiced to Subscriber accordingly

  • Intel P IV 2 GHz or higher
  • 512 MB RAM
  • 20 GB free HDD space
  • OS: Win 2K,Win XP, Win Vista
  • Ethernet LAN Card /Port (10/100Base T) with TCP/IP support  and or USB2.0 port
  • Browser IE 6.0 & above, Mozilla Firefox 3.0 & above, Opera and Google Chrome browser
• Exit Policy: In case subscriber chooses to discontinue after signing the SRF,
  • But prior to Service being provisioned due to inability of Service Provider / Company to deliver service within agreed period, no charges will be levied to the subscriber
  • But prior to Service being provisioned due to decision of the Subscriber, all one time charges will be forfeited
  • After Service provisioning; all one time charges will be payable along with Service charges on a pro-rata basis
