Should have handled distributors/channel partners

Should have handled a customer base of 25K or more.

Exposure to 360 deg customer operations – acquisition, installations, service support, retention,

collection, upselling, promotions, road shows, etc.

Exposure to DSL/WiMax/Metro Ethernet technologies.

Exposure to retail/ residential segment biz operations.

Should have been responsible for achieving annual revenue of Rs. 25 crore.

Strong communication and team management capabilities including rigour of running a biz operation.

Should have Managed a team size of more than 100 (staff + outsourced + channel staff).

Managed team size of more than 20 ( staff + outsourced + channel staff).

Exposure to retail/ residential segment biz operations.

Should have achieved customer acquisition of 10K per annum or more.

Should have been responsible for a customer base of 20K or more.

Exposure to -installations, service support, retention, collection, upselling, promotions, roadshows, etc.

Exposure to DSL/WiMax/Metro Ethernet technologies.

Strong channel management capabilities.

Consistency in meeting assigned targets.
